In 2003, Novoment developed and implemented our quality management system, in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
In 2004, we successfully passed certification by the Bureau Veritas, and received a certificate for compliance with ISO 9001 International Standard.
Later, Novomet developed and implemented our integrated management system to improve the competitiveness of our manufactured equipment.
Our company management system covers HSE and quality requirements. It integrates management system functions as a unit.
In 2007, our company successfully passed certification for compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 International Standards, and was recertified in 2010.
Our three integrated management system fundamental documents are: HSE and Quality Policy, Company Mission, and Company Targets for 2016. The Company Mission describes the company position in the ESP market. Company Targets show Novomet achievements forecasted for 5-6 years.
We set goals and targets in HSE and quality based on these documents.
Novomet personnel apply the principles set forth in these documents when setting and achieving goals.
